What it sounds like
The Speed Silver registers a press earlier than a standard MX switch, which suits fast repeated presses. It is still a linear, so the sound is mostly the bottom-out: light and quick rather than deep.
Next to the MX Red it is similar in character, since both are light linears. The difference is mostly in feel, in how early the key counts.
