What it sounds like
Most switches mix plastics; the Cream uses POM for both the housing and the stem. That gives it a deeper tone than most linears, and it is known for feeling slightly scratchy at first and smoothing out as it breaks in.
It is Kiiwi's default switch because it sits in the middle of everything: deeper than a Cherry MX Red, calmer than any tactile, and nowhere near a clicky.
