Support

Last updated 9 September 2026

One person builds Kiiwi and answers its email, so support is a reply from me rather than a ticket queue. Expect an answer within a day or so.

Email: contact@iniyan.pro

Also on X as @iniyanai, though email is the route that gets a proper answer.

What to include

Any one of these finds your purchase, and none of them is your card number, which should never be sent by email:

For a bug, the app version and your macOS version turn a guess into a fix. The version is in Settings, and Kiiwi writes nothing to a log you need to hunt for.

The three most common emails

The key did not arrive

Check the spam folder first, then write. The key is also shown on the page you land on right after paying, and it can be resent.

I need to move my licence to a new Mac

You can do this yourself: on the old Mac, Settings → General → Deactivate This Mac hands the seat straight back. Write only if that Mac is already gone, wiped or sold, and say so; the seat gets freed by hand, usually the same day.

It will not activate

Send the key and the message it showed. "All the Macs it covers" means both activations are spent: deactivate the Mac you are not using any more, or write and I will free one. Anything else is likely mine to fix.

Refunds

14 days, no reason needed. The refund policy has the detail, and the request goes to the same address.

Feature requests and bugs

Both welcome, both read. There is a form for it on share feedback if that is easier than an email, and what is planned and what is not is on the roadmap, which is honest about having no dates.

Who you are writing to

Tamil Iniyan, an individual developer in Bengaluru, India. Kiiwi's checkout is handled by Dodo Payments as merchant of record, so billing and tax questions about the charge itself can also go to them, but start here and it will get routed.
